Pier Admissions/Guest Services

Description: Are you a people person who enjoys interacting with guests and solving problems? In our admissions/guest service department you will be interacting with hundreds of guests every day. But that’s not all you will be doing…this position has several other functions including cashiering, processing sales transactions, handling ticket cards and season passes, taking guest comments and recording lost and found articles. You must possess a strong desire to help solve our guest’s problems.  This is a great opportunity to fine tune your computer, communication and people skills. All training will be provided on site.

  • A guest friendly attitude is a MUST.

  • High guest contact in both indoor and outdoor environments.

  • Cash handling responsibility will be required.

  • Positions for individuals under 18 years of age are limited.

  • Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
