Assistant Guest Services Supervisor

Description: Are you a people person, problem-solver, and looking for a leadership role? The Assistant Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with other associates and guests regularly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing transactions, resolving guest concerns, navigating Point of Sale (POS) systems, and collaborating with other team members and supervisors to maintain a world class guest service department that exceeds company and department expectations.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen or legally eligible to work in the US.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • A guest friendly attitude is a MUST.

  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of all departmental training programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Must be able to provide quality Guest and Associate service.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Must be able to work in a high-intensity environment.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; approximately 50-60 hours per week.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities that require lifting, balancing, climbing, stooping, and bending.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand/walk up to 25% of the shift.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
