Description: With its location on the exciting Surfside Pier, Joe’s Fish Co. is a great place to work! Our restaurant team consists of servers, cashiers, cooks, prep staff, hosts, food expeditors, food runners/bussers, bartenders, service bartenders, and dishwashers. We are looking for individuals with upbeat personalities who are able to take direction and enjoy working in a fast paced environment to join our team. Training will be provided on site; many positions do not require previous experience.

  • Outgoing personality and excellent people skills.

  • Ability to work on independent tasks as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to perform when faced with managing multiple priorities under time constraints.

  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Providing top notch service with a smile.

  • High guest contact in both outdoor and indoor environments.

  • Cash control responsibility will be required in some positions.

  • Responsible for keeping your work area clean.

  • Open positions require you to be 18 years old.

  • Must be able to walk/stand for up to 10 hours at a time.

  • Must be able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body such as lifting, balancing, climbing, and stooping or bending.

  • Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
