Description: With its location on the exciting Mariner’s Pier, Founders Grub & Pub is a great place to work! We are looking for individuals with upbeat personalities who are able to take direction and enjoy working in a fast paced environment to join our team. Training will be provided on site; many positions do not require prior experience.

Available Positions & Compensation:

• Cooks: $15.25 – $16.50 per hour.
• Prep Staff: $15.25 per hour.
• Servers: $6.05 per hour (tipped position).
• Bartenders: $6.05 per hour (tipped position).
• Food Expeditors: $15.25 per hour.
• Dishwashers: $15.25 per hour.

• Outgoing personality and excellent people skills.

• Ability to work on independent tasks as well as part of a team.

• Ability to perform when faced with managing multiple priorities under time constraints.

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.

• Providing top notch service with a smile.

• High guest contact in both outdoor and indoor environments.

• Cash handling responsibility required in some positions.

• Responsible for keeping your area clean.

• Available positions require you to be 18 years old.
• Must be able to walk/stand for up to 10 hours at a time.

• Must be able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body such as lifting, balancing, climbing, and stooping or bending. 

• Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
